You could start your own text link exchange (see also Idea 19: Text Link Exchanges).
The benefit of this, is that text link exchange schemes are designed so that your members show more links than they get back - and you get to use the difference to advertise whatever you want.
You should find suitable scripts for this at HotScripts.com and similar web sites.
Be aware that running a successful text link exchange can use a lot of web server resources, so you may need to upgrade your web hosting.
Two other points:
- You can promote your exchange at directories and other sites that list them.
- You may do better by creating a specialist focused link exchange (for example, a link exchange between sites related to Cats or whatever you're interested in) than a general one.
