Idea 22: Surfing and StartPage Exchanges
These programs (nearly always free to join), are programs where you surf through other people's web sites, in order to get visitors to your site. (Some of these programs want you to set your home page to a special URL, hence are often known as "StartPage" exchanges).
With many of these programs, it is possible to gain a decent number of additional visitors just by surfing...
...But many of those visitors may be folks who are just surfing for traffic themselves are not genuinely interested in your site.
