Idea 60: Joint Ventures
Joint Ventures are when you team up with another web site owner (or ezine owner) to jointly promote something (and split the profits).
A very common way of dealing with the technical side, is to use affiliate program tools (see Idea 57: Starting An Affiliate Program) to track how many sales your joint venture partner generates. Of course, for your Joint Venture partners, you may wish to offer a better deal than for your standard affiliates - such as a higher commission rate, early access to new products, a free copy of your product, etc.
