Chapter 5: Leveraging Your Visitors
Idea 31: Host A Discussion Board
Discussion Boards are very popular, as not only are they useful (and sometimes fun), but they encourage people to regularly visit your site, participate in, and interact.
(And, if you partipate in a Banner Exchange (see Idea 18: Banner Exchanges) or Text Link Exchange (see Idea 19: Text Link Exchanges), you could also use those repeat and regular visitors to increase the number of ad displays earned).
There are many free and for-sale discussion board scripts available.

- CBRocket
While CBRocket is primarily about allowing your visitors to search ClickBank without leaving your site, it also allows you to show ads which are targeted based on the page's <TITLE> tag. As most discussion boards will place the subject of a post in this tag, it means that you can easily show ads which (usually) tie-in with the subject's of people's posts.
