Idea 27: Sticky Content
Having lots of "sticky" content will encourage users to surf around your site, bookmark it, or even ask their friends to visit.
Interesting information, information that changes regularly, things that people can interact with, all fall under the "sticky" category.
If you partipate in a Banner Exchange (see Idea 18: Banner Exchanges) or Text Link Exchange (see Idea 19: Text Link Exchanges), you could also use those repeat and regular visitors to increase the number of ad displays earned.

- Bravenet
Bravenet provides a range of remotely-hosted webmaster tools (running on their server so you don't need a web host that supports CGI or PHP scripting). While the tools are good, a potential downside is that some of them require visitors leave your site to access them.
